Is there a real no deposit bonus in Ireland?
Yes, but only one that we could verify at a licensed operator. NetBet gives new Irish customers a €10 sports free bet once their identity is verified, before any deposit. Every other offer in the ranked list above needs a small deposit or bet, from €0.05 at Sky Bet to €10 at most bookmakers.

No deposit bonus terms to check
- Wagering requirement: how many times you must bet the bonus (or winnings) before you can withdraw.
- Maximum cash-out: no deposit bonuses often cap what you can withdraw, sometimes at a small multiple of the bonus.
- Expiry: free bets and spins commonly expire in seven days or less.
- Verification: you will need to verify your identity before withdrawing, and some offers (like NetBet’s) are only credited after verification.
- Eligible games and markets: spins are tied to named slots; free bets may be limited to one sport or bet type.
- Maximum stake: casino bonuses usually cap the bet size while a bonus is active, for example €5 at NetBet Casino.
How wagering works: an example
Say you receive €10 in bonus money with a 40× wagering requirement. You must place €400 of bets (10 × 40) before the bonus and its winnings can be withdrawn. With a typical slot paying back around 96%, you would expect to lose about €16 of that €400 in turnover, more than the bonus is worth. That is why a smaller offer with no wagering, such as Betway’s 150 spins, can be worth more than a larger offer with 40× wagering. Free bets work differently: they usually have no wagering, but the stake is not returned.
Are no deposit bonuses legal in Ireland?
Yes. Bonuses offered by operators licensed to take Irish customers are legal for anyone aged 18 or over. The risk lies with sites that are not licensed in Ireland: if a dispute arises over a withdrawal, an offshore operator may be difficult to hold to account.
